Global Pharma Service is a Romanian company founded in february 2005 (wich activated until june 2008 under the name of Thermics Service Com) offering, in cleanrooms domain, the following services:
- Validation (including Commissioning, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and Software validation) for clean rooms, annexes and utilities (compressed air, purified water), drugs warehouses;
- Consultancy and preparation for GMP certification.
- Design and implementation of the air conditioning systems, specifically, for the clean rooms facilities;
- Import and retailing of clean rooms equipments;
- Mounting for partition elements and HVAC systems
- Service (maintenance and repairs) for partition elements and HVAC systems
Our company is ISO 9001 certified from 2007 and ISO 14001, ISO 18001 from 2010.
Global Pharma Service has implemented solutions specifically for pharmaceutical field, microbiological laboratories, drugs warehouses and medical cleanrooms; these projects stand proofs through their reliability and quality.
Design and Implementation of the centralized systems for the clean rooms facilities, annexes and utilities assume the following steps:
- Consultancy – technology, constructions, ambient, automation, electricals, utillities etc;
- Design – technology, constructions, ambient, automation, electricals, utillities etc;
- Supply of the equipments and members;
- Erection – technological equipments, constructions, ambient, automation, electricals, utillities etc;
- Commissioning
- Validation
Validation for the clean rooms and the annexes
Whether the clean room facilities are built these must undergo the validation and certification. Global Pharma Service has the know-how necessary for such purposes (including qualified personnel, work procedures and specialized equipment for testing). The certification process for the clean rooms and annexes assume GMP compliance as a result of the ANM inspections (National Agency for Medicines) and/or other control/audit authorities.
